REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from PlusPolarizer.store.

PlusPolarizer products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

You are required to repack the merchandise in its original packaging and include a copy of your email confirmation, packing slip or invoice. 

If you receive an incorrect item, or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, we want to make it right! Please contact customer service at  [email protected]

You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s). Refunds normally arrive within 15 business days of receipt.

If you have chosen to replace a faulty product, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the faulty product has been received and processed at our warehouse.

All refunds will return via the original payment method.
